谭仔云南米线

在深水埗。

米线,有点类似粗米粉,可是口感比粗米粉好太多了,因为很有弹性。配上香港独有的长豆芽,整个感觉很有咬劲,是我在香港最喜爱的面食之一。除了基本的配菜之外,通常都会有一些佐料让你搭配,我选了贡丸和墨鱼丸。而汤底就有小辣,中辣和大辣,通常小辣就会辣到你呱呱叫,因为标榜着正宗云南,所以我选择了清汤。清汤也不错,奶白色,有浓浓的猪骨味!

咬一口面,配着豆芽,再吃一口附有的腐皮,好吃!
